There needs to be better communication about going into Nuovo Nord to get a key for Hotel 29, which is in a separate building.
Hotel 29 is not clearly marked at all! Air conditioning unit dripped water into my suitcase which was open on the bed. Location of Hotel 29 is very good—close to Genoa Principe train as well as places to eat.
