The selling point of the property is its location, at about a 5-minute walk to the Genova Principe Railway Station and less than 10 minutes (on foot) to the old town and the Porto Antico. Also, there was a high sense of security as there were 2 entrance doors and 2 interior doors each with its key and its code. The host was kind and provided us with very useful information upon our arrival.
The lack of a TV (although it wasn't mentioned among the facilities, one usually expects to find it in a three-star property). Also, there was very little space for clothes. There was humidity in the room. Moreover, the the room has not been cleaned throughout the whole length of our stay (7 nights), which is not very hygienic. Nor is it healthy... And by "cleaning" I don't necessarily mean changing the linen, but changing the towels and emptying the bin (there was only one, in the bathroom), which I thought normal, especially as we were charged a 25€ tax, "spese di pulizia".
