Great place to stay for the money! Bed was comfy, room was clean and staff was very accommodating. My only "con" was that there isn't a coffee maker in the room, however there is one in the office if needed. We will stay here again

Property was simple but well maintained. It is the best hotel value in Llano in my opinion. However, better quality soap and shampoo would be appreciated

Room was clean. Everything worked. We had a kitchen so made use of the refrigerator & microwave. Taco Bell & Valero was 900’ away. Parking was free & easy to park by our room. Victor was helpful but did not know about local fishing.
Motel was close to river fishing.
A/C worked great. The bedding was casual but clean. I rested well but my husband said the bed hurt his back.
Will go back because of the amenities. We liked the kitchen. There were no pots & pans but we did cook.
Shower was fine & it had a tub but we left early to go fishing.
Sheets were not “high end” but clean. No bugs seen & I am picky about that.
I would give it an A- just because no local fishing knowledge. Had to go back for WiFi password.
