Absolutely loved this place. They were always quick to respond and put customer first. I would stay again and highly recommend others to stay as well. Extremely friendly “host” /reception, easy to store luggage and they checked in on me throughout my stay.

The owners son, kindly waited up for us when our flight was delayed 3 hours arriving at about 01.30 am which was really kind. No fault of the hotel, but the lift required users to remember to shut the door otherwise it does not operate so you have to walk up four flights of stairs, it might be helpful to have a sign in the lift reminding people to close door. Breakfast was not on site which was not clear when booking you were provided with a card each day to redeem at a local coffee shop for a pastry, coffee and juice perfectly pleasant but very limited and 2/4 days the property had to be reminded to provide cards. Towels would not dry in bathroom and despite leaving on floor so they would be changed they just hung them up which made it worse ias they were damp and we did not know which of us had previously used the towels so not very hygienic; so housekeeping let the down.

Nice & clean room, very comfortable bed. Enzo was very welcoming & helpful. Location was great and perfect location to attractions.
First night was very peaceful night & no noise from close proximity of main areas. Unfortunately second evening noisy neighbour in early hours.
Breakfast was a bit basic but did the job. I think we could have had egg but wasn’t clear. Accommodated GF needs.

Really nice property, the perfect place to stay in Naples for a few days. Room was spotless and shower was amazing! Breakfast was exactly wha was needed to set you up for the day, Bruno was a star, made check in seamless, had great suggestions for things to do and where to eat, organised a taxi to airport. Felt safe as a solo traveller, walkable to all the key sites, close to the metro. Would definitely recommend.
