The hotel clearly needs improvement- the bathroom is not a bathroom. The shower is old and impossible to manage, the door doesnt close and the TV doesnt work. When you are on vacation what you want is something that eases your experience.
We left the hotel the next day and didnt ask for a refund. We booked 4 nights.
Other than that the owners and the staff were very kind.

Had a great stay here! The grounds are beautiful, pool was so peaceful and calm. Staff was excellent, so friendly and accomodating.

Beautiful, peaceful resort for a good price. No one was at reception when we arrived and we didn't get the cold welcome drink we'd been promised. Some of the items on the breakfast menu were missing and my 'cereal and yoghurt' bowl was a bit disappointing - a small bowl of oats with a few cashews and chocolate buttons and a glass of milk. Room was large and clean.
