Pool clean but closes before dinner, nothing to do on rooftop (no yoga sessions, no bar, can't order room service there, closed in the evening).
Bedding clean but with stains. Not exchanged despite asking twice.
Breakfast good, coffee too. Regular supply of fresh water bottles.
Big Supermarket and pub inside shopping centre. Another large mall right next door.

I stayed at this hotel more than 7 days and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. The breakfast was exactly the same every single day with no variety at all, which became very repetitive during a long stay.
Another major issue was the lack of support from the staff during checkout. They were not helpful and seemed uninterested in assisting guests.
Additionally, there was a bad smell throughout the corridor during my stay, making the environment uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel needs significant improvement in cleanliness, service, and food variety.
