I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Pristina. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience stand out was the incredible friendliness of the reception staff. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful with anything I needed.
Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made me feel at home right away. It’s rare to come across such consistently kind and professional service.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pristina—I would definitely stay here again!

Great value for a boutique hotel with nice location, friendly and helpful staff, and historic furnishings. Very clean and a perfect place to arrive to after a very long day of flying.
