The hotel experience was great. At check-in, I was greeted with fresh cookies and had a super fast, easy check-in process. The room was clean, and the restroom was cleaner than some five-star hotels I’ve stayed at.
The issues were with the restaurant. The staff was great, and I appreciated the knowledge of the menu. However, we went in wanting a ribeye and baked potato, but they were out. We also had our heart set on a bread bowl of soup, which was also unavailable. The bartender stated they are in a middle of a menu change and removed those items.
Since it was playoffs for some of the most popular sports, the fact that not one TV was on created an uninviting experience. 4/5 I would stay again.
