The staff did not even talk to you. They were not Japanese and not friendly. The rooms however were clean and has everything you need.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, location- convenient (nearby restaurants, convenience stores, bus and initial stations)! Liked the laundry in unit, private bathroom with electric bide, separate shower with tub and heating fan (easy to dry clothes and towels.
Private balcony with screen!!!
Room needs more hooks to hang towels and clothes- simple convenience, but lacking!
Pillows were very thick and uncomfortable:(

1. Staff cannot speak English fluently, but everything was fine as he could speak basic things.
2. Room structure was quite abnormal - bathroom was bigger than bedroom
3. It has a balcony and a washing machine.
