Their bus shuttle service from Susukino to their door was impressive with on time service and ease of online reservation. Unfortunately, they don’t have Chitose airport shuttle but catching the airport bus nearby in Sapporo was also convenient.
The breakfast and dinner were fabulous with way too much food for us. Coffee and crescents after breakfast plus alcoholic beverage options with snacks at 7pm were a delicious sampling of Japanese dishes.
You definitely don’t go hungry.
Zen outdoor surroundings and hotel decor were simply elegant and serene adding to the tranquility.
The English speaking staff were helpful with quick and detailed email responses prior to arrival and appreciated during our stay.
