Room was clean, bed incredibly comfortable. Breakfast - huge choice of both cold and hot food available each day. Service was friendly and helpful.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful-- especially the staff!!!
However, we were very unhappy about the fact that we had to navigate through the parking garage. This is a very confusing process. There are no clear signs in the garage-- and the App does not work with our US phone numbers. Very frustrating.
Also not clear-- how to get one of the "reserved" free parking spots. The hotel needs to make this more convenient.

The hotel is in the center of the city, in walkable distance to the main sights. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and tasty.
