Everything was amazing, the room, location, surrounding options for food, but the best thing was the staff, especially Miguel! He gave me a map of Santiago with all the best places to visit and dine at, he also helped me book a taxi for 5am to go to the airport. Highly recommended this place, I will defiantely stay here again next time I visit!

A cosy tiny signal room with everything available. They even got a mini fridge so I can store food from supermarket. Location is easy to assess. Glad that they have an elevator cause my legs were super tired after the Camino. My room was facing a small courtyard so I got a good sleep in a quiet environment. I was happy to see a lovely rose in my room once I arrived. Everything was perfect.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. As soon as I checked in, they prepared a map of the area with recommended sites to visit and restaurants. There is free coffee and snacks in the reception area too. And fresh flowers in my room - I have never seen that in a hotel of this class.
Breakfast is great, for €10. Nice spread with simple but healthy choices. Breakfast area is quiet and cozy.
The only mishap that occurred during my 3-night stay was a leak in the bathroom on my last night. Water dripped from the ceiling in the middle of the night. I called the staff and they came and dealt with it as best they could. I didn't get the sense that this was something that happened regularly.

The room and bathroom were both clean. The room was small but comfortable and certainly excellent value for the money. The breakfast was good.
An excellent location, right on the edge of the centre. Overall a very good hotel
