The gal that works the reception is an absolute delight. The customer service at this hotel is truly exceptional and the location can’t be beat. It might need a tiny bit of maintenance in certain places like scratches on the floor but it’s perfectly clean, safe and the beds are firm and comfy. Don’t even doubt it. I’ve stayed two times now

Finding a good, safe, clean place to stay in a large city is especially at the city centre is always a bet. At Pelermo, everyone comes out a winner. The apartment was a studio, so it isn't very big, but if the guest is organised, the stay can be fun. It has a small balcony, a kitchenette, and a full bathroom. Everything you need in an apartment. There is an elevator and the locks are fully electronic so you don't need keys or cards. The staff are friendly and happy to help. They go the extra mile to make sure that the guests are served. I need to store my bags for local travel, they have storage space. They even have a laundry with detergent and softener and a dryer at no cost. makes life so easy. They provide a courtesy airport drop off. They do it with a smile. I will happily stay there again.

The noise from the street was a bit too loud, despite the double-pane window. So, maybe the windows did not close properly? I used wax earplugs to sleep. And I didn't find a way to adjust the temperature in the room. But this may be because of the language. Otherwise, everything perfect.
