My wife and I booked a room at the H Boutique Kota Damansara but the lady at the desk could not find our reservation. We arrived from overseas fairly late at night (8pm) and did not want to search for another hotel. Fortunately the young lady, after about 30 minutes of researching, was able to give us a room. We decided to move to a different hotel the next day.

Gone downhill but lovely people - carpets very dirty had to get some cleaner and do some extra work for myself in my room
