We had an absolutely fantastic stay in this flat right in the heart of Manchester. The location couldn’t be better, everything is just a short walk away, which made exploring the city effortless.
The flat itself was spotless and beautifully kept, with a stunning view that really made the whole experience feel special, especially in the evening. It had everything we needed and more, including thoughtful touches like coffee, fresh milk, and tea in the room, which made it feel immediately welcoming.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.
All in all, a perfect place to stay. I would absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Manchester.

We were upgraded to a two bedroom, two bathroom apartments which would be great for a family (or group) who needs to spread out. Our room had a wonderful view of downtown Manchester, and the hotel's location is fantastic. There are about 3 doors you need to go through to get to the elevators that require key access, so safety never feels like an issue.
Our apartment also had a mini- washer and dryer, but we were too dumb to figure it out.
The only ding about this place was that both sets of sheets were dirty upon our check in and they stains on them were not minor. I'm not sure how you miss stains that big, actually. Things like that always raise a flag for me in a hotel.
Luckily, that seems to have been the only cleanliness issue.
I would still recommend this place since it offers an unusually large space to spread out, feels safe, and is well- priced.

Two adults, two children.
Spacious apartment, very clean, everything you need for a city break. We arrived an hour early and it wasn't a problem getting into the room. Balcony was a bonus with a great view of the city. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk. Kids loved it, would definitely go back.
