It is very well located in a very safe building. The area is great to walk around, there are parks and a shopping mall very near. It gives you great options for cafes and restaurants. The apartment it self was just okay. There was some mole in the ceiling of the shower, and the shower pression is not great. There were some holes in the walls. Wifi was weak.
The very good things were the washing machine, the location and the safety.
