The check in is a little confusing because the keypad is on a column with another keypad. A label might be helpful in the future. But we figured it out and also happened to get upgraded for free because of limited room availability. The location is super convenient and we were able to store our luggage for free even after we checked out. I would recommend this hotel to people looking for a cheap place to crash while exploring Milan. Nothing super fancy

This property has pros but unfortunately we found more cons. I’ll start with the pros.
The ac worked wonderfully. The room was spacious (booked the XL room). It had a double bed, pull out couch and a small kitchenette that included a fridge and microwave. The location was great. It really is only a 5 minute walk to the duomo, shopping, restaurants, and metro.
The cons: the noise. And yes, I had read other people complaining about it but we not only had noise at 1am from random people hanging out outside the room, but also construction noise all night long! They start at about midnight and end around 7am. We found earplugs and a white noise machine but neither helped. Oh and I’d also like to mention there’s a giant tv outside across from the room so all the light reflects back all night. The blackout curtains were broken in the middle so they didn’t help. What they claim is an espresso machine is a joke. There was no housekeeping available. Lastly, there is no shower. It’s a bathtub with an attached hose to shower.
