This hotel was an absolute 5/5 and easily one of the highlights of our trip to Florence. The property itself is stunning and full of charm. We loved that the hotel was once a beautiful historic home, and the thoughtful touches they made to preserve its history and character did not go unnoticed. It felt elegant, unique, and truly special.
Upon arrival, the concierge, Ingli (apologies if we spelled that incorrectly), immediately made us feel welcomed. He was exceptionally kind, allowed us to check into our room early, and even provided us with a light complimentary breakfast the next day. His hospitality genuinely made our stay unforgettable.
Beyond the beauty of the hotel, the room itself was our favorite of our entire multi city European tour. It was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with a safe, mini fridge, and complimentary water, which we really appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved every second of our stay.
We will absolutely stay here again when we return to Florence and highly recommend this amazing hotel to anyone visiting the city.
