The best thing about this bed-and-breakfast is its location. Right outside the door is a bustling Florence Street with a pastry and coffee shop next-door. Easy access to all Major sites. The property itself is very charming and old world. The lobby is a bit dark at first and the elevator is tiny, but once you are on the second floor, it is a lovely apartment style setting. Our hostess was very responsive and informative and friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable. The only negatives were that I did not have any hot water in the shower for two days, which I should have reported and would have been fixed. The keys and locks are a bit tricky but once you learn the trick, it is fine. The coffee maker was broken by previous guests and was reported to the hostess who fixed it. Overall, this is a very charming property in a great location and very comfortable. The location is the best feature, but the property is also very good. I would heartedly recommend.
