Overall, this is a perfectly comfortable hotel. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great for our purposes. Some things I didn't like: they have keypads on each door for entry to your room. The keypad was clunky, and you had to wait to receive a text message to get access to your room. I prefer a key. Breakfast was good overall, but the scrambled eggs had a ton of parsley in them, so those weren't edible for me. However, the waffles and oatmeal were good. We had planned to use the pool, but it was tiny and located in front of the building facing the parking lot and the highway. I'm sure it was perfectly serviceable, but if you are coming with your kids, this is not a typical, large hotel pool.
It had a very nice patio/yard in back, with a space for dogs. We didn't bring our dog, but it is a good place for pets. The staff we met was nice, and the evening cookies were good. We would stay again.
