On a beautiful square overlooking the baroque church of Santa Chiara, the hotel exudes old world charm. Our family room had a queen sized bed and a loft with a large bed for total privacy. A nice balcony was on the square/park.

Great location. Room is lovely! Property should pay more attention to the towels. They must be renewed. The shower stall was broken. Other than that the hotel is a great option. Would stay again.

Maintenace issue, such as plumbing and thre shower head ( there was a crack on the neck of the shower hose and the head was disassembled when I opened the water), stains on curtains and the bed spread...etc.
Great location, floor was clean, and the staff was good. The bed was firm and I liked it.
