The room was very comfortable, with a large bed, balcony, great WiFi, fridge, hot shower. The staff were super friendly. Excellent pool area. It’s really close to the beach and a few restaurants/cafe and 7-11. The drive to the airport takes 5-8 minutes.
Two criticisms - I had to ask reception for bug spray my first night due to flying termites in the room (10+) which did solve the problem but wasn’t pleasant and housekeeping didn’t make up my room on my second day despite my ‘make up room’ sign being on. Lastly, this is just personal preference, but please supply some coffee sachets! Not all of us like matcha tea.

Lovely staff and the hotel is right next to the beach, clean and enjoyable to stay at. Close to the airport, beach and local restaurants. Highly recommend. The staff are always friendly, happy to help and kind, lovely people and fantastic place to stay.

the staff was very friendly and informative, the property was great, and it had a pool on the roof! the hotel has a modern feel to it, but is inexpensive given its proximity to the beach. just 10 minutes walking and you're at the main stretch of nai yang for tasty vittles, wonderful massages, relaxing in the sand, or playing in, hands down, one of the best beaches in the world. everyone was kind at the desk, but james was especially helpful. close to the airport, accommodating for families or couples, and friendly staff - i would look to stay here again the next time we're back in phuket.

We stayed 1 night for a quick trip to the airport in the morning.
Room was clean and tidy.
