Everything about this room was as advertised. It was an excellent location with a beautiful view. The room was beautiful, service was awesome and front desk staff so helpful. We loved it and would absolutely stay again. There is a hustle and bustle below, but with the windows closed, it was quiet. We loved having the restaurants a few steps away. I can’t recommend enough.

Very friendly desk staff and our apartment was beautiful with the view of the river. Close to all the restaurants and Port Houses and the bridge to walk over to Porto. My only complaint was we thought we had a room with breakfast included. It was sent to our room on the first morning, but way too much food for two people - and when we checked out, found out it was 20 Euros each! Thankfully we had said to not give it for the remaining days or we really would have been upset.

VERY Clean and well-appointed room, friendly staff, FABULOUS LOCATION! The views of the river were breath taking! We will stay here again! LOVED IT!

The property is perfectly situated across from Porto in Vila Niva de Gaia. We had a third floor apartment with a view of the Douro River. We had a small balcony to enjoy the views. The
property has a wonderful rooftop terrace to watch the sunset.
The only drawback is that the music from the restaurant below doesn’t end until about 10pm. But the positives outweigh that one negative.
The only other hiccup that we experienced was that Bolt drivers were turning down our car requests to cross the river into Porto. We had no cars accept our bids. At least six turned us down.
If you really need a car to get across to the other side, have the front desk help you
We would definitely recommend this property and would comeback.
