This hotel is excellent and affordable with good service, a great location, and a very good breakfast. This is my second time staying here and having stayed in a number of Istanbul hotels, I can say that this is my favourite so far. Walking distance to several excellent neighbourhoods and multiple modes of public transport, surrounded by a number of hip bars, restaurants and cafes, the location can't be beat. Despite being in a happening neighbourhood, both times I've stayed here I found the noise level from the street was totally manageable on the weekends. Big fan, will stay here again.

The room was great thanks to Selcuk at the front desk, he was so helpful and answered all my questions with ease and support.
Selcuk was approachable unlike the evening shift guy.

Great location for funky part of town! Yes, I’m talking about Istanbul. Fall out of the hotel to great restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and clean. Best part of AHC Taksim Hotel is the staff, though.
