I had a great stay at Hotel AX during my visit to Helsinki. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options to choose from.
One thing I really appreciated was the location. There is a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the city. It was also conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the ferry terminal, which made my trip to Tallinn very easy and stress-free.
Overall, I found Hotel AX to be comfortable, convenient, and a great value. Between the friendly service, excellent breakfast, and easy access to both public transportation and the Tallinn ferry terminal, I would definitely consider staying here again on a future trip to Helsinki.

No sauna on site; but there is uusi sauna two blocks away.
Rooms were just right.
Breakfast was delicious.
Parking is off site.
25min walk to city centre, but there is a tram that takes you right there easily.
Really enjoyed my stay here, the art is so fun to look at!

Room good, bathroom small and the shower pressure was really low.
Breakfast was not wow but okay for the price you pay & staff was friendly.

Pretty great. No fridge in the room as BYO alcohol not allowed in this hotel...would have been good to know, and in my opinion should have been disclosed in the booking information.
