My first room had a severe leak from the AC unit however once I reported it, they got a technician to fix it within 5-10mins so that’s good.
This room also had extremely poor water pressure, showering was a nightmare. I reported this and they said they’d get a technician to look at it but he couldn’t fix it. They then offered me to switch rooms as one had become free.
Overall happy with how these problems were dealt with. Extremely friendly staff. Very close to lamai beach. They also offer beach towels which is good. Would recommend staying here.

Good area good for a night but windows do not open and bathroom smells a bit. But nice bed, it’s okay for a few nights if you don’t mind that stuff

Fantastic, friendly and cozy hotel. Very nice staff, helpful and responsive. Nice pool. comfortable room with comfortable bed and well-functioning air conditioning.
