It was difficult to find initially and we were followed into the lift by pickpockets which would be avoided if there was a reception. However, the staff did help in reporting this.
The location was so central with excellent access to the centre of Valletta. The room was comfortable and well apportitioned with fridge, microwave and kitchen all clean and fully operational, even had an ice tray. Sofas and bed were super comfy and the AC was great. Highlight was sitting in the balcony watching the hustle of the city go by late at night.

The location is amazing - one of the main reasons we booked this hotel. We rarely interacted with any of the staff, as there is no front desk/lobby as the ground floor is Starbucks. If you need anything, (luggage storage, questions answered, etc), you need to ask a Starbucks' employee for help.

Our hotel was spacious clean and tidy and easy accessible via Starbucks which had fab A/C after being in the hot sun.
We would stay there again as it’s in the heart of most amenities such as ferry port and bus station.
