Room was good, size, bed and shower. Pool and gym were good. Breakfast was good but a little expensive. Breakfast staff were attentive. Seating area is functional. Worst thing was the lift. Only one (of two) working and it was either so slow or full of cleaning staff with huge piles of linen on very small trolleys. So I walked up and down fire stairs to my fourth floor room. My room was cleaned once in 4 days which makes me wonder what all those cleaning staff did! The front reception staff need to smile when you arrive, be happy please and welcoming!

We stayed 3 nights and everything was clean, quiet and comfortable. Blake and Erica at the reception desk were very helpful! The hotel has a pay for breakfast but we went to Nudy’s based on a recommendation…excellent breakfast! Hotel has a great location close to shopping, restaurants and our wedding venue!

Great hotel but breakfast is 17.00. Should be included like the spring hill suites in the same parking lot.
