This is the third place I have stayed in oaxaca and by far the nicest and the best value. The staff was extremely friendly. The only complaint I would say I had is the response through the hotel.com app. I never got any responses by messages and actually wanted to stay a few more days and wasn't given any response .
I realized later that I was given a number with Whatsapp when I got there and that probably would have been the best way to get a hold of him. I didn't realize it but definitely highly recommended
