The place was amazing! Check in process smooth with lockbox. I got a video on how to get into the building, so its impossible to miss it. Had shampoo, bodywash, hand soap, everything you need. Very clean, two bathrooms, quiet. Upstairs bedroom was beautiful, Milan Retreats are very responsive, reply almost right away. Two balcony views, view is over a park, 5 minutes from shops, restaurants, 8 minute walk to metro. Peaceful area, absolutely no complaints and would HIGHLY recommend. Smelled amazing when we walked in, and kitchen was fully equipped with a fridge, kettle stove, pots, pans, cutlery, utensils, washing machine, detergent, coffee, tea, coffee machine, EVERYTHING you need.

Very happy with this stay. Lovely apartment in good area. Plenty of restaurants close by along the canals. Tram easy into Central Milan or walk for 25 minutes or so. Good support from company. Felt like somebody available to help via WhatsApp or phone whenever needed. We had a slight problem getting into the building initially, but help was available immediately and all sorted out in minutes. I was probably doing something wrong. They have a 'hub'/office in central Milan which can be used for left luggage at no extra charge and this was very useful to us. We would recommend and stay here again.

This apartment is stylish, comfortable, clean and has been recently renovated.. It’s location is superb, in the heart of Navigli yet without any of the noise you’d expect from this lovely part of town which is right in front of Milan’s famous canals. I have no hesitation in recommending for this apartment. I was extremely happy with it.
