One particular lady on the reception was particularly rude, arrogant and obnoxious. I won’t name names but she definitely needed to attend a customer service course. The others were very friendly and pleasant.

This hotel is on the west side of the Island and has lots of sunshine. If you have a mini suite you have a patio area from which you can enter the main pool directly via a canal. There are plenty of sun beds around the pool and on the grassy areas in addition to the beach. The restaurant is very good if a little expensive for the English visitor. Reception staff and restaurant staff speak some English so no need to try your French unless you wish to. Easy car parking.

Perfect hotel close to the beach - amenities like beach bar, hotel restaurant, spa and pool area made this a great stay! Perfect location with cozy restaurants nearby. Highly recommended
