Perfect location easy walking with suit cases from ferry port to hotel no crazy hills . Quick 10 minute walk easy to find , pool was wonderful the beach in front was great & clean . Food at beach was delicious. Lots of great stores walking distance . The free breakfast here was perfect not crappy .. close to bus to travel . I would stay here again

I edited my room with partial sea view I initially booked by Expedia.com but need to cancel last night 09/18/2025, but didn't change anything about this room. When we came to Solamere Beach hotel we had been offered just a small standard room without any view. It is not a hotel who change my initial booking room there, it was done by expedia.com, that's was we had been told. It was very upsetting, especially when you come to this palce to rest by the sea.

It was a great location. Room was decent size, clean comfortable beds. Nice beach front, grest size pool nice balcony room. Good breakfast. The spa was not much. They had a spa the massage was okay for the price but I would not recommend going to this hotel for a spa.

Great hotel in a perfect location, 10-15 min walk to the port where you can catch the ferries and buses. Direct beach access and you can leave your things on the loungers by the hotel pool while enjoying the ocean. The caps for the pool were a bit odd as most guests have more body hair than hair on their head but the beach has no restrictions. Breakfast buffet was incredible with 10+ freshly baked options (cakes, pies, croissants and cornetto, cookies, quiches, and more), eggs, yogurt, fresh fruit, delicious coffee.
Katia from the front desk was fantastic giving many local recommendations, helping us navigate the island with the best bus options, and creating the perfect day visiting the beach, saint angelo, and forio.
