I stayed here for 6 nights, and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any hotel. During the entire stay, my room was never cleaned even once. When I asked the cleaning staff, I was told that my room was “not scheduled for cleaning,” and if I wanted it cleaned, I had to call a small phone number posted near the door. I called that number, but it turned out to be a disconnected line. I then tried to reach support through the app, but it only connected me to an AI chatbot, which was absolutely useless. This place is not a real hotel — it’s basically a self-check-in apartment with no staff on-site. You get a door code via message and that’s it. There’s no reception, no help, and no one to talk to. The bed situation was ridiculous: there were two tiny single blankets, more like ones for children, way too small for adults. The heating system was hidden on a wall panel that took me 30 minutes to figure out — something only locals would understand. There was also no information anywhere about how to handle food waste or basic apartment use, even though the room includes a kitchen. I had to keep my food waste in the room for the entire stay. The neighborhood was dark and felt unsafe at night — definitely not the kind of area where you’d expect a “hotel.” At the very least, the listing should clearly state that room cleaning is not included and that this is a self-service apartment, not a hotel.
