Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff who helped me when Expedia wouldn't. I inadvertently booked the wrong date without trip insurance and Expedia was "unable" to reach the hotel. My wife called the hotel and explained the situation and they helped us change the date in their system.

Hotel Oasis
Is very inexpensive because it provides just the basics, one towel, a couple small bars of soap and breakfast. However sometimes all you want is a bed and bath, and the hot water is better than hotels three times the price.
It’s located in front of the bus terminal in Rionegro and therefore very convenient if you’re just pass through.

Clean room, it could use a night table lamp, breakfast was good and cooked to order, near everything, the best thing was the staff, all three people we interacted were very nice and attentive.
No laundry facilities but laundry service is provided for a fee.
No AC, which is needed after a sun hitting the glass window all afternoon
I definitely recommend this hotel
