Pousada Atoba is well located. At the reception they have a taxi company number and they provided some guidance about the area.
We stayed in the bungalow (3 people) which was spacious but the regular rooms are pretty small. The room was clean, however when we opened one of the drawers in the closet we found garbage from previous passengers (dirty q-tips, pieces of paper and cardboard, tags, etc). We informed the front desk and asked them to please remove that garbage and clean the drawer but it didn't happen. We ended up just not using that drawer. Beyond that the linens were clean and fresh and the room was cleaned everyday.
The breakfast is ok but the dining room is pretty small.

Loved being close to town yet in peace and serenity on the property. Very walkable to nightlife. Well maintained property, good breakfast and snacks daily.
