The room was clean and large. The bed had a beautiful headboard. The mattress was on the hard side. Three large pillows and nice cover. The rest of the decor throughout the property is dated. The reception area is decorated in antiques. The restaurant served mediocre food.
The staff at front desk were wonderful! Helpful and knowledgeable about what’s happening in Berkeley Springs. And they were accommodating.
Best food in the whole town we found at Creekside Cafe! The Vine is overpriced and the quality of the food is lacking. Fairfax Coffee is good. And the Apothecary is lovely. The baths are amazing!

We had a great stay in a clean, quiet room. The staff was great. The food was excellent. There's a little in the town, but really it was nice to have such good food at the inn.

The staff at the spa the refuse to service me and my partner for a pedicure, we just told no cause the were unavailable to attend us, like we don't matter, we're very unpolished, however the staff at the restaurant make up for that and they were fantastic, excelente food and superior service.
