This facility has 2 elevators - one worked (but noisy) the other was out-of-service. I was told it had been out for over a week waiting on a "part". People traffic was somewhat backed up, waiting on the one working elevator.
AND, the outside doors are supposed to be unlockable using your room key. Nope, the room keys did not unlock the outside doors. Very annoying.

We stay here often when visiting family in Salisbury. Mitch @ the front desk recognizes us upon checking in, which was nice. The lady who does the breakfast is very nice. Breakfast has 2 types of omelette, bacon, turkey sausage, sausage and gravy, and a machine that makes pancakes, as well as juice, bread, fruit. Rooms overlooking the back of the property can be noisy bc of the interstate running behind it. Parking is free and the room itself is nice

As usual at Holiday Inn Express, our room was very clean! Our room was very spacious and the bathroom was very nice!
