NOTE. We actually stayed at sister property a few doors away. A problem with the lift prompted their offer to choose between a several floor walk-up with assistance for luggage or alternate lodging while still having access to the rooftop we so looked forward to. Plenty of notice and staff were outstanding.

Positives: clean room, very friendly and helpful reception staff. Ideal central location, beautiful roof terrace overlooking the Cathedral!
Negatives: bar was not open, terrace shuts at 9:25, we were enjoying the views, sunset with our own drinks, it would have been nicer to open up later.
Breakfast could have a little more choice, but was adequate.
Overall: I would stay here again.

Amazing staff! Super kind and helpful. Only issue was the elevator didn’t work and they were on the top floor. Other than that, they had a beautiful view in the room and on the rooftop. They offered free drinks for the inconveniences but staff was very nice and that made us okay to stay even though we had to walk up 4 flights of stairs.
