Clean, quiet, TV with lot of channels selection, staff are very friendly and helpful, upgrade my room for early check in after overnight bus, duty staff 24 hours, strong Wi Fi, good shower, short walk to Taman area

We booked 14 rooms for our family and the feedback from them were so good and they enjoyed the stay very much. The rooms were so clean and comfortable
Just to provide small fridge in every rooms for the guets who have babies to keep the fresh milk

so so
I stayed a total of 7 nights in two different rooms. My first impression was good. However, in the first room, the window handle was broken, and there was a cracked wall, the cement debris fell into a cup, which I accidentally drank from at night.
In the second room, there were broken tiles and a leaning sink.
