I loved the fact that the condo was on the first floor, next to the pool and beach/ocean. Im from Hilo so this was great to be right next to the beach.
The pull out bed in the living room was very uncomfortable and a few more beach towels could have helped.

Location was great. Could see the ocean and beach, but the overgrown bushes made it a little diffucult. Pool and hot tub looked nice. Didn't really have any interaction with owner or anybody, so can't comment on that. This property has lots of potential.
