La ubicación es excelente, real está a máximo 5 minutos del tren. El lugar muy limpio y con instalaciones novedosas y de excelente calidad. También la cama deliciosa
Todo me gustó, únicamente desconocía lo del pago adicional de un impuesto de la ciudad que la aplicación no mencionaba, sin embargo me gustó que fueron muy accesibles para el pago de dicho monto

The room was very clean and renovated. It was very close and easy to get to from La Spezia train station . Very close to the food and shops. We only had to go up short amount of stairs to get to the rooms, very manageable with luggage and child. Air conditioning was great after long day outside in the heat. Customer service was kind, accommodating, and very helpful. The mini refrigerator was helpful for our left overs and to keep water cold. Plenty of hot water to take showers. Access to make tea or coffee.
We arrived around 10:15pm and my child was scared by how dark it was outside down the small streets we needed to take to get here in an unfamiliar town. It would be lovely if there were more street lights at least out front that would stand out and help locate the building easier as well as feel more comfortable.
