Padua is beautiful, appartement is great, administration - not so very.

The apartment is in a perfect location: right next to a beautiful, bustling square, yet it’s very quiet because the window faces the courtyard. The apartment is also nicely furnished and very clean.

Poor communication with the property manager: according to the description on booking.com, you can arrange to pick up the keys in person, but no one responds to such a request, and it takes a long time to get a reply to any emailed questons. Only after paying for the apartment does the customer learn that they will not receive the keys unless they upload a scan of their ID documents to the company’s server. This is a violation of European law. Under Italian law, there is a registration requirement (identification of the person based on a document, submission of data from the document), but there is no obligation to provide photocopies of documents. In my opinion, this is a deliberate policy: many people would not book an apartment if the condition were clearly stated on the booking.com website. Once they find out about it at the last minute, there’s no way to back out.

Buona location, posto fresco d'estate e molto silenzioso. Letto comodo, possibilità di oscurare le finestre.Cucina attrezzata.

Nella doccia c'era un tappetino di plastica bagnato, quando l'ho alzato c'era muffa verde sia sotto il tappetino che nella doccia. Scarico della doccia con una palla di peli, di conseguenza non scaricava l'acqua. Peccato per questi dettagli, il bagno era carino.
