Great size and perfect location
It wasn’t that clean, and needs some TLC. Missing grout in the kitchen which kept coming out. Also a note that it’s on a very busy road with lots of tractors and lorry going past all night.

Very comfortable and well maintained cottage. Beautifully furnished. Perfect for our family trip. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and extra details such as games and books much appreciated. Access to the cottage was easy to follow thanks to the excellent informative pack we received beforehand. We had a very pleasant stay.
Just some minor things - mostly it was perfect!
Could do with some space for hanging clothes. Chest of drawers provided in each bedroom however some space to use coat hangers would be a useful extra for longer outfits you don’t want to crease!
Shower door downstairs was broken and wouldn’t close properly.
Not really a negative about the property, but something to revise on the advert! The sofa bed room downstairs is actually a twin bed room with proper beds, this worked out excellently for my family however listing could perhaps do with an update to reflect this change.

House is in a nice village, good local pub with friendly people. Beds were very comfy and house is well equipped
Quite dirty on arrival. Poo stains in toilet, dust and cobwebs everywhere. Very very low ceilings in front room, my 5ft 1 mother was the only person who could stand up in there.
