Apartment was lovely. Spacious, had all facilities, lovely decor and furniture, gardens attended to daily, lovely complex
Should have been better instructions for where key box was. Arranged earlier access but had to wait 2 hours as cleaner had taken key home.
Very oily cleaner used on floor. Lots of old bird droppings on balcony that we had to clean. Balcony bifold doors almost impossible to open and close until we found a way to manage that. They need to be shaved off at bottom. After paying $11,500 we wanted to extend one night. Most difficult procedure. Many phone calls and waste of time. Some calls to Cozie homes were not returned. Finally told that if that almost impossible payment to make for one extra night was not made, we would have to leave. Most distressing experience.
Internal lighting should be brighter.

It’s a lovely, quiet, safe place to stay, the pools were lovely and clean, there’s also an onsite general store and hairdresser! We had undercover parking, it’s a gated community, we found it handy to have our own car, as it’s not quite close enough to walk into the city.
It didn’t bother us but there’s quite a few stairs to climb up, there’s a set of stairs from the car park up to the first floor, then another set up to the unit on the second floor. If you’re not good with keys (like us) you need to unlock the top lock in the door and then turn the handle to get in ( took us a while to work this out late at night!)
