Friendly host.
Comfortable bed.
Nice view of the sea and fountain.

On the first day the floor was very peaceful.
On the second day a group of around ten guys and girls in their early twenties checked in to three or four condos near me.
They were speaking very loudly and randomly shouting in the corridor at night and the early hours of the morning.
There is a gap of around 5 centimeters between the floor and the entrance door in all orbi city condos so I couldn't sleep during their 4 night stay.
There is a washing machine but no washing powder.
There is Turkish coffee but no Jezve.
There is wine glasses but no wine bottle opener.
