Enormous living room with a pool table. We got the apartment upstairs, it was clean, warm (we were there at the end of October) and well-equipped.
The second night, in the apartment downstairs entered some party people. It did not bother us much (the house is well insulated), but you should be aware that there is a chance that the other occupants may be planning for a party.

Spacious and clean.
We had small children and the temperature in the apartment was a little low. And the water for the shower was also not hot enough. We only stayed for one night and didn't feel the need to communicate this with the host. I am sure they would have fixed it if mentioned

Great location of you want to avoid the busy in and out of downtown Oradea.
Great hosts very accommodating and responsive
Clean, comfortable house, modern furnishings and everything you need!
While the location is great, could be a bit hard to find as it seems to be a newly developed area and at night time there is zero street lighting.
