Lokalizacja, dom i duży teren. Dom jest piękny fajny układ wyposażenie raczej wszystko co potrzeba klimatyzacja w każdym pokoju sypialnianym.
Po przyjeździe byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani. W domu panował intensywny zapach wilgoci i stęchlizny, a miejscami również pleśni. Jako osoba z astmą nie byłam w stanie normalnie funkcjonować w takich warunkach. Wszystko sprawiało wrażenie wilgotnego i lepkiego.
Kanapy były przykryte brudnymi narzutami, a fotele pod nimi były bardzo zabrudzone. Zanim mogliśmy normalnie korzystać z domu, musieliśmy umyć podłogi, szafki i szafy od środka, wytrzeć wszystkie półki, wyprać ręczniki oraz narzuty na fotele, a także przez długi czas wietrzyć cały budynek. Mop pozostawiony na ganku miał bardzo nieprzyjemny, stęchły zapach – taki sam jak wnętrze domu.
Próbowaliśmy porozumieć się z właścicielką i zrezygnować z pobytu, ponieważ ze względu na mój stan zdrowia nie mogliśmy zostać w takich warunkach. Niestety nie otrzymaliśmy konkretnej odpowiedzi dotyczącej zwrotu pieniędzy. Kontakt z właścicielką był nieprzyjemny – odnieśliśmy wrażenie, że liczyło się przede wszystkim zatrzymanie opłaty za pobyt, a nie rozwiązanie problemu. Ostatecznie nie mieliśmy innego wyjścia i zostaliśmy.
Ogród, który na zdjęciach wyglądał pięknie, okazał się bardzo zaniedbany – trawa była wysuszona, a kwiaty w donicach uschnięte. Co ciekawe, w dniu naszego wyjazdu zostały wymienione na świeże rośliny, co pozostawiło niesmak.
Podczas pobytu zdarzały się również owady, w tym skolopendry. Wiadomo, że w domu położonym w takim miejscu mogą pojawić się różne stworzenia, jednak ich liczba sugerowała, że obiekt nie został odpowiednio przygotowany i posprzątany przed naszym przyjazdem.
Na plus zasługuje samo wyposażenie domu. Widać, że obiekt jest zadbany pod względem wykończenia, ścian, mebli i dodatków. Lokalizacja również jest bardzo dobra, a możliwość zaparkowania tuż przy wejściu dzięki automatycznej bramie jest dużym udogodnieniem.
Po dokładnym wysprzątaniu i wielogodzinnym wietrzeniu domu warunki znacznie się poprawiły.
