La surface et les équipements de la location, rien a dire. Le box en sous sol pour la voiture est un gros plus notamment l'été, c’est sécurisant, je n'oublie pas la terasse équipée d’une banne et salon de jardin.La réactivité des services en cas de besoin . Les commerces de proximité. Les lignes de bus à proximité et permettant de se déplacer vers toute la région sans les soucis de stationnement, tres bien passé notre sejour. Nous conseillons cet appartement.
Peut-être le quartier un peu bruyant, énormément de personnes se déplace en scooter ou a moto.

We had notified the property team through the chat that the AC unit wasn't working. It took 7 days to have this fixed out of our 11 day trip. We were told how to use the AC unit e.g. keep windows closed but we knew it wasn't working and kept expressing that. We sent a message everyday and were told the "team" are notified. It took, after emailing the company who own the apartment, directly on the Friday for them to arrange a fix the following day.
For 6 days we dreaded going back to the apartment as it was 30 degrees outside and the apartment gave us no reprieve from the heat. It caused distress between my partner and I as we weren't getting an answer from the team as to when they'd look at the AC unit. We thought then and still think now the team didn't believe us that it wasn't working. We also developed cold and flu symptoms from having the fan that was provided in the apartment blasting at us as we slept for each nighy for 6 nights which didn't help us enjoy our holiday.
The above was our only issue with the stay. Things can brake and mistakes can happen but the handling of the issue was dire.
