Ужасные впечатления.

Ужасное впечатление от аренды данной квартиры через Букинг.
Ситуация такая: мы заселялись в квартиру около 12 ночи, были очень уставшие с дороги (сутки не спали), и я не сразу поняла, что заселили нас совсем в другую квартиру. По дизайну они были похожи, но вот в одной была ванная, а в другой душ. Бронировала я квартиру именно с ванной, для меня это было важно. После того как хозяин нас заселил и ушел, я заметила разницу, но решила ночью не беспокоить человека, и написала ему об этом с утра.
Он пообещал переселить нас в нужную квартиру, как только уборщица закончит работу, но точного времени так и не назвал, отвечая лишь «информация будет через час» на протяжении 3-х часов. В итоге, из-за угрозы срыва моих планов, я согласилась остаться в этом варианте.
На что хозяин мне ответил, что он весь день со мной бегает, как с ребенком, то я хочу одного, то хочу другого, что я ему создала проблемы, он бегает их решает, а теперь мне это не нужно. Что какая я фифочкой неблагодарная, меня заселили поздно ночью, в лучшую квартиру в Бельцах, а я ещё чем-то недовольна.
Общался он крайне грубо и нагло, мне было очень неприятно поведение человека, который предоставляет услуги и должен вести себя вежливо. У нас случился конфликт, и я попросила возврат денег за оставшиеся дни, на что получила отказ.
В итоге, с квартиры мы съехали, но деньги нам так и не вернули (около 2000 лей), а Букинг отказался вмешиваться, поскольку оплата производилась наличными.
Не рекомендую данный вариант аренды и услуги этого хозяина!
