Very relaxing holiday

Great location in centre of Roscoff. Clean and well equipped

Très bon emplacement et équipement de l'appartement.

Pas de kit d'entretien (produits de base), de sacs poubelle, d'un minimum d'épicerie ... Si nous avions été prévenus cela n'aurait pas été ennuyeux mais à notre arrivée, cela nous a bien déconcerté.

Das schlechteste Quartier von insgesamt 9 Wochen Bretagne!

Ja es gibt auch Positives: Wer mit leichtem Gepäck (z. B. GR 34 Wanderer) und ohne Auto oder mit einem leichten Fahrrad anreist, keinesfalls geräuschempfindlich ist (schlechte Schalldämmung, Lage an der Hauptausfallsstraße), könnte mit dieser Wohnung durchaus zufrieden sein. Besonders positiv fällt die Dusche auf: Mit Thermomischer und einem guten Wasserstrahl wertet sie das äußerst enge Bad/WC auf. Die Küche, die ehrlicher Weise aufgrund der Enge eher als kleine Kochnische bezeichnet werden sollte, ist gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv ist das moderne Induktionskochfeld hervorzuheben. Durch das kleine Bad und die kleine Kochnische bleiben dann für Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum genügend m2 über, um sich dort nicht eingeengt zu fühlen. Die Vermieterin hat beim Checkin geholfen, einige Gepäckstücke in den 2. Stock zu tragen.

Für mich sind die guten Bewertung nicht wirklich nachvollziehbar. Geräuschbeeinträchtigung: Man hört von der Wohnung darüber jeden einzelnen Schritt, wer das nicht mag, sollte die Wohnung unbedingt meiden. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hauptausfallsstraße aus Roscoff (Einbahnstraße). Die Fenster dämmen relativ gut, wer aber gerne die Fenster öffnet, hört den Verkehrslärm deutlich. Parksituation: Die Parksituation entspricht real nicht der Darstellung (kostenfreie Parkplätze verfügbar). Es gibt in der unmittelbaren Umgebung nur Kurzparkzonenplätze (1 ½ Stunden Parkzeit mit Parkuhr) oder teure Gebührenparkplätze. Der einzige Gratisparkplatz am Meer mit einer geringen Anzahl von Stellplätzen, der in einigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist, ist wie auch die Kurzparkzone fast immer völlig zugeparkt. Parkplatzsuche ist ein zeitaufwendiges Suchspiel und entsprechend ärgerlich. Ich fühle mich durch die Angaben der Vermieterin bewusst getäuscht. Bewusst deshalb, weil ich sie im Vorfeld mit einer Gästerückmeldung konfrontiert habe, die das ähnlich beschrieben hat. Sie hat schriftlich nochmals bestätigt, dass kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Umgebung zur Verfügung stehen. Stiegenhaus/Treppe: Das Stiegenhaus ist eine teilweise gewendelte steile Treppe, die es nicht leicht macht, schwere Gepäckstücke in die Wohnung zu transportieren. Da das Auto auf irgendwelchen Parkplätzen, teilweise weitab von der Wohnung herumsteht, ist auch ein Belassen von Gepäckstücken nicht ratsam und es ist Schleppen angesagt, während das Auto im Haltverbot steht. Das Stiegenhaus war extrem schmutzig. Trotz stattlicher Putzpauschale müssen die Gäste alles möglich selbst machen. In der Wohnung gibt es kein Informationsblatt mit wichtigen Hinweisen: Wifi-Code, welche Klingelknopf im EG zur Wohnung gehört, Parkplätze, alles musste mündlich erfragt werden. Andererseits liegen schön aufbereitete kostenpflichtige kulinarische Angebote der Vermieterin auf. Da wird ja die Priorität der Vermieterin ersichtlich.

Nous n'avons pas pris de p.déjeuner !!! les 2 personnes de la conciergerie étaient très serviables ...

le stationnement dans la rue été très pénible, au vu du stationnement en zone bleue et horodateurs partout !!! tout cela a gâché notre séjour.

Penser à une éponge d’usage cuisine salle de bains et un rouleau de papier toilette supplémentaire.Pour un séjour de 4 jours peut-être nous éviter d’avoir à acheter un produit vaisselle car le flacon était vide à notre arrivée.
